Half Minute Breath | September 2020

Happy birthday to Kirk! Kirk is Deanna’s teaching and life partner. Today, we’re celebrating Kirk and building on our breath series by sharing this meditation from Mount Hood National Forest: the half minute breath.

To do this breath, you’re going to breathe in for a count of eight, hold your breath for a count of eight, exhale for a count of eight, and hold your breath out for a count of eight.

This is a great breathing exercise to access calm and to get grounded.
