Shanah Tovah! Today we’re taking stock and reviewing our year in honor of the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah. Reflect on the following:

  • What are your accomplishments so far this year? Write them down in a journal.

  • What do you need to continue to expand in your life to meet your vision for 2019?

  • What are the behaviors, thoughts, and actions that you need to modify or let go of to cultivate and grow your mission for the year?

We suggest you do this meditation every day for 21 days to help you start or continue a meditation practice. This meditation will also help you appreciate what you’ve already done or accomplished in 2019.

We think Lynne Twist says it best: “What you appreciate appreciates.” That’s one of our favorite quotes!
