Welcome back to another episode of Monday Medi Moments! This is our weekly mindfulness lesson and guided meditation. We go live on Facebook and Instagram every Monday at 9:30AM PST.

October is the month of Libra. Libra is the astrological sign of balance, equilibrium, and harmony. This month, we’ll be learning about and meditating on the four pillars of balance, which are:

Ease: Approach things with ease. Slow down and enjoy the process. Feel the sensations that life has to offer.

Patience: Apply patience to all the small things outside of your control, like a traffic jam. Take a breath and enjoy the break.

Insight: Your capacity to see yourself clearly. Insight is the art of introspection, intuition, and finding purpose. What energy are you bringing to your everyday life experience?

Harmony: Be in harmony with the world around you. Listen to the world around you. Harmonize with ease, insight, and patience.

This week, consider ease throughout your day. Apply ease to your breath, to difficult situations, and to all things you take for granted.
