The whole month of August, we’ve been talking about and meditating on forgiveness.

Often the first person we need to forgive is ourselves. After all, we believe that forgiveness and self-love is the gift you give yourself, and it comes from within. Harboring ill feelings creates more ill feelings, just as love creates more love and good will. Forgiving yourself and others opens the door to an abundance of love, acceptance, and creative possibilities. Mastering the art of forgiveness allows you to see and actualize your life’s potential. Your capacity to fulfill your desires is equal to the level of forgiveness you have for yourself and others.

Your Path to Freedom

This month on Monday Medi Moments, we’ve been talking about and meditating on freedom and the fine art of effortlessness.

Pay attention and be mindful. 

To experience freedom, we must learn to act by choice rather than by predetermined actions (a.k.a. our habits). The way we find freedom is by letting go of the things that bind us to our past. Binding creates a loop in our thoughts, behaviors, and actions. 

The beauty is that we get to choose the quality of our thoughts, actions, and behaviors. It simply takes practice.
