Mindfulness lesson:

Raise your vibration from your core. Keep your frequency high! Your core/navel is where your third chakra (power center) is located. All of your chakras tune to the frequency of your third chakra. When you raise your vibration in your core, the rest of your body will follow.

Mindfulness exercise:

Part 1

To raise your energy levels, practice navel pumps by breathing strong breaths in and out through the nose. If you’re sick or on your period, skip navel pumps today and practice deep breathing instead (see below).

Part 2

Be present. Focus on whatever you’re doing right now.
