Welcome back to Monday Medi Moments! Monday Medi Moments are 10 to 20 minute long mindfulness workshops. Each month has a theme and each Monday we present a facet/topic of the monthly theme. This month we’re focusing on one of our favorite topics: love. Our episodes start with a mindfulness lesson and mindfulness exercise, and end with a grounding meditation.

Mindfulness lesson:

Everything that’s real in life comes from love.

Gratitude, honor, and appreciation expand love. Honor your body, your time, the nature of things, and your life. Gratitude changes the way you live your life. Are you acting out of love or fear? Practice acting out of love. True power is born of love.

Mindfulness exercise:

Honor yourself, your body, your mind, and your word. Everyday as you wake up, make an internal gratitude list. Practice gratitude daily. Notice the effect of love in your life.
