August 2019: Forgiveness and Seeing Yourself in Others

August is the month of forgiveness. This month, we’ll be meditating on these four aspects of forgiveness:

  1. Seeing yourself in others.

  2. Understanding that most of us are doing our best.

  3. Gaining the insight and courage to forgive.

  4. Learning the power of ease and forgiveness and finding freedom.

This week Kirk leads us through a mirror meditation, a meditation meant to connect us with others. We suggest doing this meditation a few times this week.
